01. Selling your house

What does it look like to list YOUR home with ME? Here’s a behind-the-scenes look so you can know exactly what to expect.

  1. After you reach out to me in the way that’s most convenient for you—text, DM, phone, email, or in person—I’ll get back in touch within 24 hours if we should miss each other. We’ll have a quick introductory chat and schedule a face-to-face at your home.

  2. In prep for our meeting, I’ll run a market analysis, look at recent comps, and check out any online records I can find.

  3. During our meeting, I’ll bring my findings to share and we'll do a walk-thru of your home. We’ll discuss your selling timeline, profit goals, and any minor repairs or upgrades that might be worth doing prior to selling. I’ll be happy to spend as much time as needed to answer all your questions.

  4. Afterward, I’ll combine the data I’ve gathered along with your feedback and compute a suggested listing price.

  5. At that point, if you’re ready to list, I’ll schedule a photographer, write your listing description, get it all okayed by you, and start networking with other agents to track down your buyer.

One thing I love love love about real estate is that the selling process can be customized to fit your needs. At any of these steps, we can slow down, pause, or speed up—it's 100% in your court. I'm just here to help.

02. Buying a house

Buying a home doesn’t have to be overwhelming — my clients consistently tell me how much easier the process was than they initially thought it would be. That is my goal for you!

03. Staging your house

Staging a home is a strategic marketing tool used by sellers to help buyers imagine themselves living in your home and fall in love with their property. Staging is more than just putting a new welcome mat in front of the door and getting new throw pillows - when done correctly it can help a home sell for more money in a shorter amount of time.

Staging makes the listing photos look phenomenal, attracting more buyers into the home. It allows buyers to envision themselves living in your home. Most importantly, staging has been proven to get a higher price in shorter time!

I will help you create a game plan to get your home show ready, with easy, low cost home upgrades that bring the highest return!

04. Resources

There are so many moving parts to get to the closing table, it takes a whole team of people to make it happen, from the mortgage broker to the inspector, insurance agent, and real estate attorneys. I work with some amazing professionals that I can count on to take care of my clients and make sure they have a seamless transaction.

Once the sale is completed, it doesn’t stop there. I have many trade professionals I work with regularly to help you with all of your home needs before, during and after the sale…from painters to handymen and trim carpenters. I’m here to be your resource for all thing home related.
